Sign up
- Go to sanddune.ai and tap Start for free.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email.
- Choose a password. It needs at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol — any character that isn't a letter or number counts, so
~,`and spaces are all fine. The form ticks each requirement off as you type, and tells you straight away if the two password fields don't match. - Tick the box agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 to use SandDune.
- Tap Create an account.
Confirm your email
We send a confirmation link to the address you signed up with. Open the email and tap the link — this proves the address is yours and activates the account. The link expires after 24 hours.
Don't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, use Resend confirmation email on the same "Check your email" screen. You can resend up to three times an hour, with a short wait between each — and resending after 24 hours issues a fresh link, so an expired one is nothing to worry about.
The button only appears in the browser you signed up in, so if you've since switched devices, go back to the original one. Still stuck after three tries? The address may be mistyped; see Can't log in or write to support@sanddune.ai.
Log in
Once confirmed, log in at sanddune.ai/login with your email and password. New accounts start on the Free plan — every feature included, with a monthly allowance of 3 transcriptions and 3 Asks (see Plans & pricing).
Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot password link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link; the new password follows the same requirements as above.
Changing your details later
- Name — editable anytime in Settings.
- Email — can't be changed from Settings yet. Write us at support@sanddune.ai from your account email and we'll help.
