Sign up

1. Go to sanddune.ai and tap Start for free.
2. Enter your first name, last name, and email.
3. Choose a password. It needs at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.
4. Tick the box agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 to use SandDune.
5. Tap Create an account.

Confirm your email

We send a confirmation link to the address you signed up with. Open the email and tap the link — this proves the address is yours and activates the account.

Don't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, see Can't log in.

Log in

Once confirmed, log in at sanddune.ai/login with your email and password. New accounts start on the Free plan — every feature included, with a monthly allowance of 3 transcriptions and 3 Asks (see Plans & pricing).

Forgot your password?

Use the Forgot password link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link; the new password follows the same requirements as above.

Changing your details later

• Name — editable anytime in Settings.
• Email — can't be changed from Settings yet. Write us at support@sanddune.ai from your account email and we'll help.
