Symptoms
You can't get past the login page — a wrong-credentials error, a confirmation email that never came, or a password reset that doesn't seem to work.
Possible causes
- Mistyped email or password (the most common by far).
- The account's email was never confirmed — new accounts must click the confirmation link we email before logging in.
- The confirmation or reset email landed in spam/promotions, or was sent to a different address than you think you signed up with.
- An old reset link — links expire; only the most recent one works.
How to fix
- Reset the password first. On the login page, tap Forgot password, enter your email, and use the newest link we send. Reminder: passwords need 8+ characters with an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and a symbol — any character that isn't a letter or number counts, including
~,`and spaces. - Check spam, promotions, and updates folders for mail from sanddune.ai — then mark it "not spam" so future mail lands properly.
- Confirm you're using the right email. If you have several addresses, request a reset from each candidate; only the one with an account receives a link.
- Signed up but never confirmed? If you still have the browser tab or device you signed up on, go back to the Check your email screen and tap Resend confirmation email — up to three times an hour, and each resend issues a fresh 24-hour link. Otherwise request a password reset, which also confirms you control the address. Signing up again with the same email will tell you the account already exists, but it won't necessarily send you a fresh confirmation link.
When to contact support
If no email arrives at the correct address after 10–15 minutes (spam checked), or you're locked out in any way these steps don't solve, write to support@sanddune.ai — ideally from the account's email address — and tell us what you've tried.
